About the Role We are looking for a Senior BI QA Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on testing BI dashboards, ETL validation, and data warehouse testing. Key Responsibilities • Test BI dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Validate ETL processes and data warehouses • Automate testing using Playwright • Perform data reconciliation and source-to-target validation • Implement CI/CD integration for testing pipelines Requirements • 6–10 years of QA/Software Testing experience • 5+ years of ETL, Data Warehouse, and BI Report Testing • Advanced SQL skills — complex joins, CTEs, and window functions • Hands-on Playwright automation using TypeScript or Python • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Big Query • Git, Jira/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD integration Important • Local candidates only • Must be available to work onsite in Wilmington, DE, five days a week • This role focuses on BI dashboard and data testing, not general QA automation.
