About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong AI and SQL skills to support IT projects, business analysis, requirements management, and test automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Translate functional specifications into technical specifications • Convert business requirements into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Create mock-ups, process models, process flows, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Conduct JAD sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts • Design and maintain custom automated testing frameworks from scratch • Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium or similar tools • Maintain automation scripts to support UI changes and new feature deployments • Test REST API and microservices, including endpoint validation, contract testing, and payload verification Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of IT industry experience and business analysis on IT projects • 7+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or TFS • 7+ years of experience conducting JAD sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts • 7+ years of experience designing and maintaining custom automated testing frameworks from scratch, including Page Object Model (POM) • 7+ years of experience developing and executing automation test scripts using Selenium or similar tools • 7+ years of experience maintaining automation scripts to support UI changes and new feature deployments • 5+ years of experience in REST API and microservices testing, including endpoint validation, contract testing, and payload verification using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools • Strong ability to translate functional specifications into technical specifications • Proven experience converting business requirements into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience creating mock-ups, process models, process flows, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Excellent technical, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills • Strong AI and SQL skills are mandatory
