About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project focused on evaluating and comparing multiple chatbot responses. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, business requirement analysis experience, and excellent documentation abilities. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Evaluate and compare chatbot responses against defined criteria • Prepare functional specifications, reports, dashboards, and process maps • Analyze workflows, business processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities • Support testing, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders • Track project progress, risks, and KPIs • Present findings and actionable recommendations Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
