About the Role We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented Business Analysts to support an AI chatbot evaluation project. The role involves comparing chatbot responses, assessing their quality against defined criteria, analyzing business requirements, and providing structured, evidence-based evaluations. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses against defined criteria. • Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Prepare functional specifications, reports, process maps, and documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Support testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Present insights and recommendations based on analysis. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
