About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a short-term contract. This role involves evaluating chatbot responses, analyzing business requirements, and providing structured assessments based on defined criteria. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and workflows • Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation • Coordinate with cross-functional teams • Support testing, implementation, and project delivery Requirements • Around 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus • Strong documentation and attention to detail • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
