About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to support an HR workflow automation initiative focused on streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and validate requirements • Analyze existing processes and design optimized future-state workflows • Create business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Manage Agile backlogs and sprint activities using Azure DevOps • Develop test plans, test cases, and UAT documentation • Lead UAT activities, coordinate defect resolution, and validate deliverables • Document data requirements, integrations, process flows, and implementation plans Requirements • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and QA documentation • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, requirements management, and UAT • Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills • Experience with HR systems, workflow automation, or government applications is a plus • Preferred certifications: CBAP, ISTQB, or comparable business analysis/QA credentials
