About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst / QA Analyst for a 12-month contract with potential for extension. This role requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements • Perform software testing and defect management • Analyze software systems and conduct testing • Design business processes • Utilize various software tools for analysis and testing Requirements • 5+ years of Business Analysis and requirements gathering • 5+ years of QA / Software Testing and defect management • 7+ years of software analysis and testing • 2+ years of Business Process Design • 5+ years with TFS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, MS Project, Balsamiq, MS Office, and legacy systems • Previous State, Federal, or Local Government experience Preferred • SNAP/TANF or Economic Services experience • Early Child Care and Education programs • Agile methodology and test automation
