About the Role Allegiant Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale technology initiative remotely. This role requires an active Secret security clearance and involves translating business needs into actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria • Manage product backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery processes • Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers Requirements • Active Secret security clearance (required) • U.S. citizenship (required) • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in software development projects • Experience in Agile or SAFe environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent experience
