About the Role We are seeking an IT & Data Business Analyst to support technology and data initiatives within a Child Support Services environment. This role will bridge business operations and technical teams, helping translate program requirements into system, data, and process solutions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Child Support Services program stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and data teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. • Analyze existing business processes, system workflows, and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other technical documentation. • Use SQL to query, analyze, reconcile, and validate data across systems and databases. • Support data mapping, data quality analysis, reporting, system integration, and migration activities. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Support Salesforce initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, validating configurations, and assisting with testing and implementation. • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production validation. • Analyze Child Support Services workflows and ensure technology solutions appropriately support program and operational requirements. • Assist with reporting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and ongoing system enhancements. Requirements • Combination of business analysis, SQL/data analysis, Salesforce, and Child Support Services domain knowledge. • Experience with system workflows, data analysis, and technical documentation.
