About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst 3 to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires 10+ years of experience and focuses on business requirements elicitation, documentation, and process re-engineering. Key Responsibilities • Elicit and document business requirements • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional requirements • Create wireframes, mockups, process flows, and UML diagrams • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations • Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management Requirements • 10+ years of experience in business analysis • Strong experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation • Expertise in SDLC and business process re-engineering • Experience developing user stories, use cases, and functional requirements • Knowledge of wireframes, mockups, process flows, and UML diagrams • Experience with Atlassian Jira • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Must have experience working with any State Client • Texas local candidates only
