About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support payment transformation and modernization initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency through process automation and test automation. Key Responsibilities • Support payment transformation and modernization initiatives • Analyze and improve payment operations, reconciliation, and settlement processes • Develop and implement process automation solutions • Conduct SIT, UAT, and regression testing • Create data analytics reports and dashboards Requirements • 3–7 years of relevant experience in payments, banking operations, business analysis, automation, or QA/testing • Strong experience in payments operations, reconciliation, exception management, and settlement processes • Hands-on automation experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar tools • Experience with SIT, UAT, and regression testing • Strong data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development skills • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have • Experience working on large-scale transformation programs • Experience with a top-five Canadian bank
