About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in the Oil and Gas industry to join our team. This role involves working on complex technology projects to support mainframe reports and extract efforts. Key Responsibilities • Perform advanced business analysis for implementing technology hardware and software projects • Focus on data-related tasks including data analysis, root cause analysis of data errors, and data flow documentation • Develop reports and manage data posting on the DIR Open Data Portal or client’s website • Ensure deliverables meet established processes and procedures • May assign and supervise the work of others Requirements • 7+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry • 8 years of strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal/presentation communication skills in English • 8 years of experience in gathering requirements and creating reports • 8 years of facilitating creation and analysis of business requirements • 5 years of experience in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities • 2 years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI
