About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Office / Data Integration team, focusing on healthcare data standards and integration. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, functional specifications, and source-to-target data mappings • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in healthcare data exchange standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD, ADT, SIU) and CMS regulatory requirements • Perform hands-on data analysis and validation using SQL, Databricks, and modern data platforms • Partner across cross-functional domains including Claims, Enrollment, Quality/HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, and Care Management • Work closely with Agile teams using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps Requirements • 10+ years as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT, data integration, or interoperability • Strong hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, and terminology sets (ICD-10, CPT, LOINC) • Strong command of SQL for data validation and workflow analysis • Prior experience with managed care, CMS interoperability mandates, or EHR integrations • Engineering Degree (BE / BTech / BS or equivalent) preferred
