About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team for a 16-week contract. This role involves evaluating chatbot responses, analyzing business requirements, and providing structured assessments based on defined criteria. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses • Analyze workflows, business processes, and data • Prepare reports, dashboards, and process documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Support testing, implementation, and quality assessments • Identify gaps, track project progress, and provide actionable insights Requirements • 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of MySQL / Database concepts • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau CRM, or CRM Analytics • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
