About the Role We are looking for skilled Business Analysts (US Raters) to join a short-term, 16-week contract project focused on AI-driven applications in accounting and finance. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs • Translate business requirements into functional specifications • Analyze business workflows, processes, and data • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements • Develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation • Support project planning, testing, implementation, and UAT • Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping • Strong documentation and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage
