About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements, and ensure requirements are feasible and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Partner with Development, QA, Architecture, and Release teams to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and aligned with business objectives • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and UAT activities • Analyze workflows related to exam development, content authoring, review, approval, and operational efficiency • Support product backlog prioritization through impact analysis, dependencies, and risk assessments • Work closely with QA teams to validate acceptance criteria, review test scenarios, and support defect triage • Coordinate change management, training needs, rollout plans, and release communications • Maintain requirement traceability throughout development, testing, and deployment • Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and production outcome analysis Requirements • 15+ years of total experience in Business Analysis • Strong experience in Business Analysis, Agile methodologies, and requirements management • Expertise in writing user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and business rules • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and DevOps • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar tools • Understanding of software testing, defect lifecycle, UAT coordination, and release management Preferred Domain Knowledge • Assessment, Certification, Learning, Education Technology, Publishing, or Exam Development platforms • Understanding of exam content lifecycle, including item authoring, review, approval, versioning, forms assembly, publishing, and quality control • Familiarity with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Psychometric Teams, Content Operations, and Program Managers
