Business Development Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring Growth Region Join to apply for the Business Development Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring Growth Region role at Philips. Job Description Serve as a strategic liaison between commercial and business functions, driving business impact, financial and market share growth, and developing innovative business models in line with business and regional strategic priorities. Propose, define, and execute region-wide strategic priorities, lead capability and market assessments, and manage the introduction of new products and solutions. Analyze market trends and customer needs, translating them into business opportunities through segmentation, competitive analysis, and collaboration with zones. Lead and support commercial growth initiatives, including pipeline development, strategic programs, and commercial offerings tailored to market needs. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, early adopters, and stakeholders; represent Philips at industry events and develop a strong local network. Act as the voice of the region/zones, prepare and maintain performance metrics, drive accountability, and foster best practice sharing across zones and functions. Define KPIs and performance metrics, report on progress and risks, and leverage continuous improvement methodologies to drive problem solving and track performance. The Candidate For This Role Is Strategic thinker who aligns commercial and business objectives regionally and globally. Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and craft effective solutions tailored to diverse business challenges. Proficient in cross-functional collaboration within and across zones and markets, managing multi-country operations seamlessly. Deep understanding of market segmentation, competitive landscapes, and international regulatory complexities. Highly skilled in performance management, KPI adherence, and strategic planning. Effective communicator and bridge builder between commercial, business, and stakeholder teams. Proven experience adapting to diverse environments, overcoming language barriers, and leveraging cultural differences to drive results. Strong stakeholder management and teamwork capabilities, especially in multicultural, international settings. Resourceful, proactive, and professional problem-solver, thriving in complex scenarios. Self-motivated, driven, and curious, with a go-getter mindset and adaptability to change. Experienced in supporting business development efforts with actionable, data-driven insights.
