Business Development Manager

ROLE: Business Development Manager. Location: Remote. Budget: 4.8 - 6LPA +Incentive + Bonus  Immediate joiner Role Description: This Business Development Manager (BDM) role will involve identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will work closely with other business units and teams, creating and executing strategies, as well as monitoring and analyzing sales and revenue performance. Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. * 5+ years of core experience in a business development or sales role, with a focus on software or technology IT resource management (Product and Service IT companies). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * A strong understanding of the IT Service Industry and experience in getting IT clients who have worked on the IT resource requirements (One time or Contract to Hire) * Having a good network with the Vendor empanelment team of the IT companies. * The ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines. * Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * International client handling is an added advantage.
