Business Development Manager

Carlson Construction is hiring a Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our position in the market. This individual will lead new business initiatives, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to support successful project acquisition and execution. If you’re someone who thrives on building connections and identifying new opportunities, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within a well-established construction company.
