About the Role The Business Insights Analyst is a trusted business partner responsible for analyzing business performance and translating complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and materials. This role supports the preparation of recurring executive reporting, performance reviews, and leadership presentations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business performance across key Consumer metrics, including sales, subscribers, churn, retention, revenue, and customer experience. • Identify key trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities and translate complex analyses into concise insights and recommendations for executive audiences. • Partner with business and analytical teams to reconcile performance narratives, challenge assumptions, validate findings, and ensure conclusions are supported by accurate data. • Manage multiple recurring and ad hoc analytical requests while consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, finance, reporting, or a related function. • Strong analytical expertise with demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and translate complex data into clear and actionable executive insights. • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience using Power BI, SQL, or other analytical and business intelligence tools. • Excellent critical thinking and business acumen, with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop thoughtful recommendations.
