About the Role We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in mainframe reporting and data for the oil and gas industry. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements • Develop reports and documentation • Design technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders • Conduct UAT, testing, training, and implementation • Utilize Snowflake and Power BI for data analysis and reporting Requirements • 8+ years in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and report development • 8+ years in business requirements, technical solution design, and stakeholder collaboration • 5+ years in UAT, testing, training, and implementation • 2+ years of Snowflake and Power BI experience • Strong data analysis, root cause analysis, data flow documentation, and reporting skills • Preferred: 2+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
