About the Role We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Auto Finance domain expertise and hands-on experience in Remarketing operations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications • Identify process improvements and support delivery of technology solutions • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams • Translate complex business needs into actionable system requirements Requirements • Deep understanding of vehicle remarketing lifecycle from auto finance perspective • Experience in asset recovery, repossession, vehicle valuation, auction management, and resale processes • Knowledge of title management and end of lease disposition • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in auto lending/financing environments • Knowledge of remarketing platforms, auction processes, and related regulatory considerations
