About the Role We are seeking a Data Operations professional to join our team. This role involves providing production support and managing issues related to data operations, campaign operations, and analytics. Key Responsibilities • Act as an onshore point of contact for production issues, failed jobs, unexpected campaign results, data discrepancies, and operational questions. • Perform initial triage and determine whether issues require operational correction or escalation to Data Management, Product Support, Development, Data Ingestion, or other platform teams. • Collect logs, queries, screenshots, processing details, and other evidence required for technical investigation. • Ensure standard operating procedures and support documentation remain aligned with current production processes. • Identify recurring manual tasks, production failure patterns, and opportunities for automation or standardization. Requirements • Experience in data operations, production support, application/platform support, campaign operations, analytics operations, or a similar data-intensive environment. • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and validate large datasets and investigate data discrepancies. • Experience supporting scheduled production workflows, batch processing, or data pipelines. • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform first-level analysis before escalating issues. • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and operational quality-control processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and business stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaign deliverables, incidents, and operational priorities. • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
