About the Role We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the Cyber Security Assurance function at a financial institution. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document requirements and use cases, and maintain traceability • Document and improve business and system processes • Identify AI and automation opportunities and define requirements for their secure and responsible use • Develop user acceptance test plans and support testing • Prepare training materials and support knowledge transfer Requirements • 5+ years of recent business analysis experience • 5+ years of recent experience facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with process modelling, use cases, and UAT • Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and systems analysis • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cyber Security • Based in Canada and eligible for Secret clearance
