About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in the Kalido software platform to join a data delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise data solutions using Kalido. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise data solutions using the Kalido platform • Work hands-on with existing Kalido implementations, including data models, data integration processes, warehouse structures, and associated workflows • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT and data-integration workflows supporting enterprise data warehouse environments • Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex data, integration, performance, and production issues • Work with upstream and downstream teams to understand data sources, transformations, dependencies, and consumption patterns • Support production deployments, enhancements, defect resolution, and ongoing platform maintenance • Review existing implementations and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, maintainability, and data quality • Provide technical guidance to other engineers and collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, and data stakeholders • Produce appropriate technical documentation for solution design, data flows, operational processes, and support procedures Requirements • Multiple years of strong, hands-on experience with the Kalido software platform • Significant experience delivering enterprise data warehouse and data integration solutions • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional and relational data modeling, ETL/ELT and data integration, SQL and database technologies, data quality and reconciliation, and production support and troubleshooting • Ability to understand an existing data solution and become productive quickly with minimal supervision • Demonstrated experience owning technical deliverables from requirements through implementation and production support • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with distributed technical and business teams
