About the Role We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in business requirements, systems analysis, and manual testing of web applications. Key Responsibilities • Gather business requirements and create BRDs/FRDs • Map business processes and analyze workflows • Perform manual testing, including creating test cases, scripts, and plans • Conduct functional, system, regression, and UAT testing • Identify, document, track, and retest defects • Follow SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements • Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to work onsite in Richmond, Virginia, as required
