About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team, focusing on data analytics, data warehousing, and dashboard development initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical SMEs to deliver interactive dashboards and datasets • Analyze existing reports and reverse-engineer database structures and table relationships • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, aggregation, validation, and loading • Promote data development best practices across teams • Work with development, QA, and production environments Requirements • Expert-level SQL, Hadoop, Big Data, and Hive • ETL tools, particularly IBM DataStage and Apache NiFi • Azure Data Services and BI Analysis • Hadoop ecosystem: HDFS, Hive, Sqoop, NiFi, and YARN • Data warehousing, data modeling, and database management • Strong business and data analysis skills • Retail domain experience is a must
