About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Healthcare Payer Operations and Coordination of Benefits to support a large-scale COB platform modernization initiative. Key Responsibilities • Lead business discovery, requirements gathering, and process improvement • Reverse engineer legacy COB applications and business rules • Drive requirements for COB platform modernization and outcome-parity validation • Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Collaborate with business, product, engineering, data, and QA teams • Lead UAT and support migration, go-live readiness, and operational adoption Requirements • 15+ years of overall Business Analysis experience • 10+ years of Healthcare Payer Operations experience • 7+ years of hands-on expertise in COB, Eligibility, Enrollment, and Member Data Management • Strong knowledge of Primacy Determination, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), Medicaid Coordination Rules, and NAIC COB Guidelines • Strong SQL and healthcare data analysis skills • Experience with EMPI, member matching, and data reconciliation • Hands-on knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare interoperability • Experience with Azure-based platforms and cloud modernization • Strong Agile/Scrum and SAFe experience • Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted SDLC methodologies • Excellent stakeholder management, requirements engineering, and UAT leadership skills
