About the Role We are looking for a Business Systems Developer with experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to join our team. This role involves analyzing insurance product requests, system incidents, and supporting development, testing, and production issue resolution. Key Responsibilities • Analyze insurance product requests and system incidents • Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications • Collaborate with business stakeholders and system architects • Support development, testing, and production issue resolution • Participate in Agile delivery, planning, documentation, and change management Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business support operations • Experience with legacy systems or mainframe technologies • Ability to translate user stories and system specifications into technical specifications and test plans • Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business requirements • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes • Basic understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools • Experience with unit testing, manual/automated testing, and incident resolution • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
