About the Role We are looking for a CDN Platform Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing enterprise CDN platforms and ensuring high performance, security, and availability. Key Responsibilities • Manage enterprise CDN platforms with expertise in Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Google Cloud CDN • Implement and maintain DNS, GTM, CNAME, HTTP/2, HTTP/3, TLS/SSL, caching, and edge computing solutions • Develop and automate CDN workflows using Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools • Implement and manage WAF and Bot Management solutions • Utilize Backstage developer portals, React, Python (FastAPI/Flask), or Java for development • Apply GitOps principles with Tekton, GitHub Actions, Apigee, and OpenAPI • Monitor and manage production incidents using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana Requirements • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise CDN platforms • Strong expertise in Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Google Cloud CDN • Deep understanding of DNS, GTM, CNAME, HTTP/2, HTTP/3, TLS/SSL, caching, and edge computing • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, CDN automation, WAF, and Bot Management • Experience with Backstage developer portals, React, Python (FastAPI/Flask), or Java • Expertise in GitOps, Tekton, GitHub Actions, Apigee, and OpenAPI • Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, monitoring, and production incident management • Strong knowledge of CDN migrations, performance optimization, security, and high availability
