About the Role We are looking for an experienced Change, Release & Deployment Analyst to support IT change governance, release coordination, compliance, and change audit initiatives in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate IT change and release processes from initiation through deployment • Review change requests for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and documentation • Conduct change audits and validate operational change checklists • Coordinate release schedules, approvals, stage gates, and deployment activities • Analyze release-related incidents, identify process gaps, and drive corrective actions • Collaborate with IT Change Managers, Product Managers, and Information Security teams Requirements • 5–7 years of relevant IT Change / Release Management experience • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (MANDATORY) • Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management, ITSM, and Release Management • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint • Understanding of SDLC, IT security, patching, compliance, and change audit processes • Excellent documentation, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills Preferred • ITIL Foundation certification • Experience in large enterprise or healthcare environments • Candidates must be based in the United States
