About the Role We are looking for a hands-on technical lead to drive a large-scale data center migration to Microsoft Azure for an enterprise healthcare payer organization. Key Responsibilities • Drive large-scale data center migration to Microsoft Azure • Lead production cutover in a HIPAA/HITECH regulated environment • Design and implement Azure Landing Zones and hub-and-spoke networking Requirements • 15+ years in IT infrastructure/application migration • 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure • Strong background operating under HIPAA/HITECH compliance • Experience with Azure Landing Zones, hub-and-spoke networking • Custom Bicep/ARM authoring (IaC) skills • Experience with Azure Migrate, ASR, and SQL Server migrations
