About the Role We are seeking a Cloud Database Engineer to build, scale, and maintain our NoSQL database infrastructure. This role will bridge operations and development teams, ensuring platforms are highly available, secure, and cost-optimized while enabling seamless CI/CD integration. Key Responsibilities • Automate deployment, scaling, and configuration of MongoDB and Neo4j clusters • Support user onboarding and manage containerized deployments via Kubernetes (AKS) • Build and integrate NoSQL databases into CI/CD pipelines • Automate backup management, lifecycle operations, and performance monitoring • Optimize cloud resources and mentor internal teams on NoSQL best practices Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (Atlas) and Neo4j • Solid background in cloud platforms (Azure and GCP) • Experience with Kubernetes (AKS/GKE), Docker, and containerized deployments • DevOps and automation expertise using Python and Terraform • Strong ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive platform reliability Preferred Skills • Familiarity with CI/CD deployment tools like ArgoCD or Liquibase • Experience with JFrog Artifactory for image management • Proven experience automating cloud-native database deployments at scale
