About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on securing cloud infrastructure and applications, with a focus on AWS. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement security measures for cloud infrastructure • Monitor and respond to security incidents • Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation • Ensure compliance with security standards Requirements • 5+ years of IT experience across infrastructure, architecture, operating systems, networking, databases, and applications • 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and applications • Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and security • Working knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, and Lambda • Familiarity with AWS IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config, CloudTrail, KMS, Secrets Manager, and Control Tower • Experience with vulnerability management, security monitoring, and remediation • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including firewalls and security groups • Hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting experience • Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash • Familiarity with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
