About the Role We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to support a major data modernization initiative. The role involves working with a new platform using Azure Databricks to replace legacy systems and improve commercial data management. Key Responsibilities • Lead business and technical analysis for new and existing data loads • Collaborate with business and IT product owners on data roadmaps and system integrations • Support data governance, data quality, testing, validation, and remediation initiatives • Work with commercial data environments, including JJMD and Surgery taxonomies • Develop monthly business metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights • Perform ad hoc analytics and provide data-driven recommendations to management • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes, controls, and system integrations Requirements • Strong SQL expertise and hands-on data analysis experience • Experience with Azure Databricks, AWS Redshift, PostgreSQL, S3, Oracle, or SQL Server • Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica and Python-based data processing • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or PySpark • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, analytical, and project management skills • Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams • Healthcare or medical device industry experience is preferred
