About the Role We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Commercial Contract Management. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate complex, high-value commercial and procurement agreements • Manage enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, OEM, and data privacy contracts • Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, commercial, security, and privacy risks • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, Privacy, and business stakeholders • Manage contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, from intake and negotiation through execution and post-signature reviews • Drive improvements in contract management processes, KPIs, and operational efficiency • Provide strategic recommendations and support junior team members Requirements • 6–8+ years of experience in Commercial Contracts, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating complex commercial agreements • Knowledge of SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology contracts • Understanding of commercial contract law, GDPR, CCPA, data security, and privacy regulations • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and stakeholder management
