Key Responsibilities • Represent Sutherland as the System Integrator (SI) Lead for Finastra Essence-led core banking transformation programs • Lead core banking transformation programs with strong expertise and leadership capabilities • Work closely with banking stakeholders and client leadership • Represent the System Integrator in large-scale transformation initiatives Requirements • 20+ years of overall professional experience • Finastra Essence experience is mandatory • Strong experience leading core banking transformation programs • Ability to work closely with banking stakeholders and client leadership • Experience representing the System Integrator in large-scale transformation initiatives • Willingness to travel as required for project and client needs
