About the Role We are seeking a Core Manual QA Tester with experience in financial services to join our team in Boston. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires 2-5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing of software applications • Ensure quality and reliability of financial services products • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues Requirements • 2-5 years of experience in manual QA testing • Financial services experience is required • Must be a USC or GC (no sponsorship available) • Trading or OMS experience is a plus • Gherkin knowledge is a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills • Must take ownership of work • Must have a learning mindset
