About the Role We are looking for an experienced Core SDET with AI who has strong programming skills, hands-on test automation expertise, and experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance software quality, test coverage, and automation efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks • Develop automated tests for UI, APIs, and backend systems • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Use AI tools to improve test coverage and productivity • Analyze defects, troubleshoot failures, and improve software quality • Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams • Maintain test reporting, quality metrics, and testing documentation Requirements • Strong programming experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript • Hands-on experience building scalable test automation frameworks • UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress • API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools • Functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • SQL, database validation, Git, and Jira • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software testing methodologies • Experience with AI-powered testing and developer tools • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering • AI-assisted test case generation, script creation, and test maintenance • Ability to validate AI-generated test scripts and scenarios • Understanding of AI/ML application testing, edge cases, and non-deterministic outputs
