About the Role We are looking for an experienced CRM Test Lead to lead test strategy, planning, execution, and quality assurance for Veeva Vault CRM implementations in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical domain. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting • Manage and mentor QA teams and review test coverage • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing • Test Account & Contact Management, Call Planning & Reporting, Sample Management, Territory Alignment, and Compliance Workflows • Manage defects using JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM, or similar tools • Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, audit trail, and pharmaceutical quality requirements • Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and Veeva CRM consultants • Support release validation, go-live, and hypercare activities Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Veeva Vault CRM / Salesforce CRM testing • Proven experience in QA leadership and test management • Strong understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical processes • Knowledge of GxP and validated systems testing • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
