About the Role We are looking for a Cyber Security Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on bridging the gap between technology, security, and business stakeholders while driving data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder workshops • Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI for dashboards and executive-level reporting • Work with ServiceNow CMDB and IT asset management • Understand vulnerability management and risk-based prioritisation (CVSS, EPSS, CISA KEV) • Perform technology market assessments, vendor evaluations, and business case development • Manage risk acceptance, exception management, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) • Present technical risks to business leaders and committees Requirements • 4–8 years of experience in Cyber Security, IT Risk, or Business Analysis • Strong communication skills to translate technical risks into actionable business insights
