About the Role We are seeking a D365 Functional AI Architect to lead business and IT discovery sessions and create detailed functional designs for AI agents. Key Responsibilities • Lead business and IT discovery sessions • Break down enterprise business processes into agent-driven tasks • Create detailed functional designs, business rules, exceptions, and approval workflows • Define data ownership across Salesforce and Dynamics 365 • Establish agent access controls and role-based permissions • Develop acceptance criteria and test cases for AI agents • Validate agent behavior and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders • Provide functional guidance and mentorship to junior consultants Requirements • 10+ years of experience in enterprise business applications • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agent development • Experience with CRM and ERP integration and cross-platform business processes • Strong knowledge of functional design, fit-gap analysis, and UAT • Experience leading client-facing projects • Knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft Entra ID • Understanding of MCP, connectors, and agent testing • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
