About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Engineer with strong Data Quality and ETL Testing expertise to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data quality frameworks • Develop and execute ETL testing strategies • Automate data validation processes • Monitor and maintain data quality standards • Collaborate with engineering teams on data solutions Requirements • 6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data QA, or Analytics Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services: Amazon Redshift, AWS Lake Formation, Athena, and S3 Data Lakes • Proficiency in Python for data validation and test automation • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and source-to-target reconciliation • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation logic • Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle management • Hands-on experience with data quality frameworks such as Great Expectations, dbt tests, Soda Core, or equivalent tools • Experience with Git and automated data validation suites • Knowledge of regression, integration, unit, smoke, and negative testing • Experience integrating automated data quality checks into CI/CD pipelines • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
