About the Role We are looking for a Pharma Business Strategy Consultant / Functional Business Analyst to support a Salesforce Agentforce Voice initiative. This strategic role focuses on defining business strategy, assessing organizational readiness, and designing future-state processes in pharmaceutical operations. Key Responsibilities • Define business vision, strategic objectives, and transformation roadmaps • Conduct business research and organizational readiness assessments • Work with pharma operations and Field Reimbursement stakeholders to understand business challenges • Design current-state and future-state business processes • Develop business cases and assess expected business value • Prioritize use cases based on business impact and feasibility • Design governance frameworks and operating models • Align executive stakeholders and coordinate strategic decision-making • Define KPIs and track business value realization • Support strategic handover, documentation, and organizational enablement Requirements • Strong pharmaceutical / life sciences industry experience • Specific experience with Field Reimbursement Management, patient access, or reimbursement operations • Business strategy and functional business analysis expertise • Business case creation and value assessment • Organizational readiness assessment • Business process and operating model design • Executive advisory and stakeholder alignment • Working knowledge of Salesforce as a user • Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, AI-enabled voice solutions, or pharma transformation initiatives is a plus.
