About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support data analysis, data transformation, dashboard development, and data quality initiatives for a state client. Key Responsibilities • Support data analysis and transformation using Databricks and PySpark • Develop dashboards and visualizations with Power BI and Databricks native tools • Conduct data quality analysis and ensure data integrity • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements • Develop data mappings and support data integration and transformation Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark • 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries for large datasets • 5+ years of experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools • 5+ years of experience with data mapping and modeling • 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders and gathering business requirements • 5+ years of experience conducting data analysis and ensuring data quality
