About the Role We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team and turn raw data into meaningful insights that support business growth. This role focuses on collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to help businesses make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track business performance • Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and manage data from databases • Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide actionable insights • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel • Identify data quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions • Prepare regular reports and present findings to stakeholders • Support data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis and reporting Requirements • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas • Proficiency in SQL and database fundamentals • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization • Basic knowledge of Python and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is an advantage • Understanding of statistics, data interpretation, and analytical techniques • Ability to create dashboards and communicate insights effectively • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
