About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Data & Analytics projects to join Future Focus Infotech. This role focuses on managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder communication, and Agile execution for modernization and cloud migration projects on the Azure platform. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics modernization and cloud migration projects on the Azure platform • Manage migration of legacy data platforms, ETL workloads, reporting solutions, and data warehouses to Azure Databricks and Azure Data Services • Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, analysts, and cloud teams to define project scope, roadmap, timelines, and success criteria • Drive Agile project execution, sprint planning, release management, and delivery governance • Track project schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation • Oversee data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing, and production cutover activities • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and cloud architecture standards • Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and business outcomes, providing regular executive-level status updates • Facilitate stakeholder communication, steering committee reviews, and cross-functional collaboration • Support Azure Databricks adoption, performance optimization, and operational transition to support teams • Manage vendor teams and offshore/onshore delivery resources to ensure quality and timely execution • Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, and AI/ML enablement within the data ecosystem • Drive continuous improvement and best practices across Data Engineering, Data Integration, Analytics, and Reporting platforms Requirements • 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management • Strong expertise in Data & Analytics projects, including ETL, BI Reporting, Data Warehousing, SQL, and Scripting • Solid understanding of data integration, reporting platforms, and cloud-based analytics solutions • Experience with Azure Data Platform, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) • Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, IDMC) • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos) • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills • Preferred Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Azure Certifications
