About the Role We are seeking a Data Architect to join our team for a 16-week contract starting November 1, 2026. This role requires expertise in healthcare data architecture and cloud modernization. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data architectures using AWS Databricks and PySpark • Lead data modeling and enterprise data architecture initiatives • Develop and maintain Unity Catalog, data governance, and lineage systems • Implement metadata-driven frameworks and Databricks workflows • Modernize ETL processes using DataStage, SSIS, and Informatica Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Architecture • 3+ years as a Lead or Senior Data Architect • Strong experience with Databricks migration and cloud modernization • Expertise in data modeling and solution design • Experience with Medicaid, MMIS, T-MSIS, and CMS reporting • Knowledge of healthcare data governance and PHI compliance • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
