About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Architect / Enterprise Data Warehouse Architect with deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Web FOCUS Reporting, and P&C Insurance Data Warehousing. This role involves supporting enterprise data warehouse and reporting applications, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring data accuracy and system stability. Key Responsibilities • Support enterprise data warehouse and reporting applications • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Monitor ETL/data integration jobs • Ensure data accuracy and system stability • Provide production support and incident management Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and incident management • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning • Experience with Web FOCUS reporting and dashboard support • Exposure to Databricks, Spark, and modern data platforms • Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes, including Policy, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), ETL/ELT processes, batch job monitoring, and troubleshooting • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
