About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong hands-on Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience for an exciting remote contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable, modern cloud data platforms • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Python • Develop data models, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native data solutions • Work with P&C insurance datasets covering Policy, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting • Implement data governance, data quality, and performance optimization solutions • Support AI-ready data platforms, semantic modeling, and modern data architecture initiatives Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake • Experience with dbt, Python, and advanced SQL • Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP • Experience with Airflow / Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Data Architecture, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and Data Integration skills • P&C Insurance domain experience – MANDATORY • Experience with Policy, Claims, Billing, or Underwriting data • LLM / RAG / AI-ready data architecture exposure is a plus
